Exercise programs for specific symptoms
Here, you find four exercise programs serving as protective measures to counteract various health-related problems. They can be done directly at the workplace. The programs are based on the most frequent problems having been caused by predominantly sedentary work and a permanent physical inactivity or unilateral strain at the workplace.
The exercises have been selected and compiled under medical and sport-scientific aspects. You will find further information in each program.
The following three programs are for those, who do not have (yet) any problems, but want to do an activity break at the workplace on a preventive basis. The programs contain activation and promotion of physical activity serving as compensation for malposition and signs of fatigue caused by physical inactivity.
