Full body workout

Within a short time, you train your whole body with the 13 following exercises. The program contains five mobilization exercises, five strength exercises and three mobilization exercises. The program starts with a general activation and mobilization of the most important joints. After that, you strengthen and stretch those muscle groups that are relevant to compensate for the sedentary work. If you suffer from acute pain, please contact your doctor beforehand.

This program lasts approx. 15 minutes.
