Records of Achievement

Printing Your Records of Achievement

You no longer need to collect your records of achievement in person at our Service Point – you can now download and print them directly from your course account. These records are valid without a signature or stamp and can be verified online, just like your enrolment certificates.

Download and print as a PDF file

Here’s how it works, step by step:

  1. Log in to your course account. For all courses taken in or after the summer semester of 2017, you will find a link in the table listing your courses in which you were enroled.
  2. Click the link below the final grade of any course to open the course certificate.
  3. Do not take a screenshot of the document – instead, save it as a PDF file.
  4. To do this, open your browser’s print menu using Ctrl+P (or Cmd+P on a Mac) or by clicking the printer icon.
  5. Choose the following settings: Printer: Save as PDF, Paper size: A4, portrait orientation, Margins: none or minimise, Enable background graphics, Disable headers and footers, Zoom/scale: 100%
  6. After adjusting the settings, save the document as a PDF file.
  7. You can then either send the PDF to your examination office, where your credit points will be recorded, or print it out on paper.

Please note: For courses taken before the summer semester of 2017, records of achievement must still be collected in person (or by someone with written authorisation) from our Service Point, Building C5 4, Room 3.01.
