Intensive Courses in September/October 2025

To give you a quick start in ITALIAN, SPANISH, or FRENCH, we are once again offering intensive courses before the general start of the winter semester. These are full courses delivered in a short time frame, allowing you to immediately follow up with a semester course to reinforce and build on what you’ve learned.

Each course runs for 8 days, covering the same content as a semester course (2 hours per week over the semester). You complete the intensive course before the official registration period for winter semester courses begins. This means you can register directly for a follow-up course – in time for the early registration period for follw-up course. This is a highly efficient way to make the most of your time: with just a week and a half of extra effort, you can complete the equivalent of an entire semester.

Course schedule:

• Italian: Weekdays from 14:30 to 17:15, 29 September – 10 October 2025
• French and Spanish: Weekdays from 09:00 to 12:30, 30 September – 10 October 2025

• Please make sure to set aside enough time for homework and independent study.
• The intensive courses are officially recognised for educational leave (Bildungsurlaub).

Course Registration:
The courses are free of charge. Registration is available exclusively via our online booking system. You can register starting 3 July 2025.

Course Requirements:
You need an active user account with the Language Centre. If you do not yet have one – or if it needs to be reactivated – please follow the instructions.
