Local clearing scheme

Local clearing scheme for first-degree programmes with restricted entry criteria

If places are still available on certain programmes after the normal allocation process has concluded, these places will be allocated by the university through its local clearing scheme. All prospective students who did not receive a place through the normal allocation procedure or missed the application deadline can take part in the clearing scheme. The clearing scheme allocates places by drawing lots. You will only be notified if you were allocated a place and have been admitted to study at Saarland University.
