The programme spans one semester and comprises a total of three modules: Module 1 focuses on the fundamentals of effective leadership, including attitude, values, leadership identity, inner drivers and authenticity. Module 2 covers communication as a leadership tool, with a particular focus on conversation skills, feedback, conflict resolution and psychological safety. Module 3 focuses on self-efficacy and delegation, including aspects such as transactional analysis, stress patterns and team building.
The face-to-face seminars will take place over three weekends: from 20 to 22 November 2026, from 8 to 10 January 2027 and from 19 to 21 February 2027. The participation fee is 1,390 euros.
