Prof. Dominik Brodowski ordnete im SR Fernsehen die Pläne von CDU-Chef Friedrich Merz juristisch ein, der im Falle eines Wahlsieges angekündigt hatte, die deutschen Grenzen zu allen Nachbarstaaten dauerhaft kontrollieren lassen zu wollen.
