Reimbursement of fees and charges

If you would like to request the reimbursement of fees and charges, please use the following procedure:

  1. Download the application form (PDF) for the reimbursement of semester fees and charges (General Student Committee fees (AStA), student-services fee, insurance contribution).
  2. Complete the application form in full, then print it out and sign it.
  3. Scan your application form and save it as a PDF file.
     

Now log in to the SIM student web portal using your UdS ID code and password. You will then need to complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the tile 'My applications'.
  2. Select the button 'Create request'
  3. Under 'Type of request' select the option 'Request reimbursement'.
  4. Select the academic year and semester for which you are applying for reimbursement.
  5. Upload the completed PDF application form under the 'Attachments' tab.
  6. Click 'Submit'.
  7. You will be prompted to verify that you want to submit your request. Click 'Yes' to confirm.
     

Your application will then be reviewed by staff at the Admissions Office who will instruct the accounting department to make any reimbursement due to you.
